4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.

Information necessary for purchase, billing, and payment may be processed by Paddle according to its own legal obligations and privacy practices. Zheboo does not directly receive or store the complete card details used in the transaction.

5. Information sharing

Information may be shared with service providers used to operate Zheboo when necessary for hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, communications, security, support, and other functions required for the platform to operate.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid order from a competent authority, or protect the rights, security, and integrity of Zheboo, its users, or third parties.

6. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by Zheboo against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. We seek to maintain measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed and the operation of the service.
