Zheboo is an organization and management tool. It does not perform the services provided by users or replace their professional decisions or responsibilities.
2. Account and access
To use Zheboo, you may need to create and maintain an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for protecting their access credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
Access must not be used in a way that compromises the security of the account, the platform, or third parties.
3. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the information entered into Zheboo and for how the platform is used in their professional activities.
The user must ensure that they have authorization, a legal basis, or another applicable condition to record and use client or third-party data and must comply with legal obligations related to their activities.
Professional, commercial, and administrative decisions made with the assistance of information organized in Zheboo remain the user's responsibility.
4. Permitted use
Zheboo must be used for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The platform may not be used for fraud, illegal activities, unauthorized access, abuse, interference with the service, or any purpose that may harm Zheboo, its users, or third parties.
Use that violates these rules may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of access, depending on the circumstances.
5. Data and privacy
The processing of information and personal data related to Zheboo is explained in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy available in the Legal Center.
The user remains responsible for data entered and managed through the platform, without affecting Zheboo's responsibilities for data processing under its control.

We seek to keep Zheboo available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Features may be updated, modified, replaced, or discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance, development, or operation of the service.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated in the event of a violation of these Terms, a security risk, fraud, illegal use, non-payment, or a need to protect the platform, its users, or third parties.
When reasonably possible, the user may receive information about the situation and any steps required to resolve it.
9. Intellectual property
Zheboo, including its software, visual identity, structure, interfaces, and other proprietary elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
